About me

I'm currently working at Adora Digital Health - a platform that provides menopause education, assessments and clinical advice to women to manage this life transition and promote healthy ageing. This year we are running feasibility pilots with NHS partners in England and Scotland.

Background: I am a former academic researcher and social scientist (UCL, King's College London) with a special interest in evidence generation and health innovation. I worked at NHS England for 3.5 years as Research and Evaluation Lead, including during the Covid pandemic in the Digital First Primary Care programme. I am passionate about user research, digital health, and evidence-based innovations that provide societal benefits and modernise care pathways. I bring teams and organisational partners together to form cross-sector collaborations and produce new insights, feeding these into product development, policy and strategic decision making.
