Pharma Innovation Accelerator

The Pharma Innovation Accelerator is a collaborative workshop model for researchers, clinicians, project leaders and technology-transfer professionals working on early-stage therapeutic innovations, spin-offs or assets with out-licensing potential.

The format combines product-specific input with practical case studies, tools and group exercises. Participants explore how global development strategy, clinical and nonclinical development, CMC, regulatory interactions and approval planning can be integrated into a coherent pathway from scientific idea to clinical product. The content is tailored to the participating teams, their product classes and their development questions.
