AquaWomb is developing a next-generation perinatal life support system inspired by the natural environment of the womb. Instead of transitioning prematurely to air-based support, we explore the potential of a fluid-filled environment resembling amniotic fluid, ongoing support through the umbilical cord, and gentle development without early reliance on mechanical ventilation.
