Horizon Europe Calls 2024 | Information and Brokerage Event

1. Duration: Each pitch should not exceed 5 minutes

2. Slide Limit: A maximum of 3 slides is allowed for each pitch.

3. File Format: Please submit your pitch presentation in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or PDF format to ensure compatibility and preserve the formatting of your slides.

4. Submission & Updates: Pitches can be submitted during the registration phase, of after by editing your profile. If you need to make updates to your pitch, please ensure they are finalised and resubmitted no later than 20 November 2023*.

5. Selection & Confirmation: The event organisers will review all submitted pitches. If your pitch is selected, you will receive a confirmation one week before the event.

6. Attendance: While we highly recommend pitch presenters attend the event in person in Brussels, online presentations are possible but not encouraged for the best interactive experience.

Slide Format:

• Introduction (1 slide): Briefly introduce the presenter and the company

• Proposal (1 slide): Detail which of the 5 calls you are interested in and (if you already have a proposal) how your proposal specifically responds to the EC call's requirements and objectives or if you are looking for partners/collaborations.

• Impact & next steps (1 slide): Emphasise the benefits or impact of your proposal and/or you value added if you are looking for a consortium in the context of the EC call of your interest. Summarise next steps and desidered actions.

*If you would still like to submit a pitch after this date, please proceed. Submissions after this date may still be considered, although they will be given lower priority. All submitted pitches will be published on the website by the event date. Those selected for presentation will be informed one week before the event.
