Walking Blood Bank

The Walking Blood Bank is designed to generate donor blood for both civilian and military casualties and to provide the Armed Forces with life-saving equipment. This equipment includes ELDONCARD®s for blood type determination, °MEQU blood warmers, and complete transfusion kits from AP Services. Deliveries will be accompanied by targeted training for military medics, ensuring they can use the equipment to save lives and prevent unnecessary amputations. With a different set of partners, Eldon Biologicals has launched the Walking Blood Bank Blood Donor Mobilization, offering free blood type testing in exchange for blood donor registration. The project aims to recruit 2 million new blood donors, ensuring that voluntary donations can meet needs across the country and generate sustainable results that will benefit the nation even after hostilities have ended.
