Our Vision: To become the "Vanta for Sustainability", an indispensable platform that automates the complex, trust-based process of ESG compliance, much as Vanta automated security compliance like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. We are building the intelligent, central operating system that makes ESG data collection, management, and reporting an automated, continuous, and integrated part of business operations, not a painful annual exercise.

The implementation of the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) has created an existential data challenge for two distinct but interconnected groups.

1. For Large Enterprises (The Buyers): The CSRD mandates comprehensive reporting on their entire value chain, including all Scope 3 emissions. This data is currently a black box, locked away in the systems (or filing cabinets) of thousands of suppliers. Companies are spending millions on consultants and internal teams to manually chase this data, resulting in low-quality estimates that cannot withstand an audit.

2. For SMEs (The Suppliers): Europe's 26.1 million SMEs are the engine of the economy but are now facing overwhelming pressure. They are inundated with custom data requests from all their large customers, each demanding different formats. They lack the budgets for expensive consultants (who charge €50k-€150,000 for a single report) and the expertise to navigate complex standards like the ESRS or the new Voluntary SME Standard (VSME). This audit fatigue is a direct threat to their survival and competitiveness.

Our innovation is built on three core modules that create a virtuous data cycle:

Module 1: The Agentic data extractor and AI workflows (The "Collector")

This is our core technological breakthrough. We automate the most painful part of ESG: data collection. While competitors offer CSV uploads, our system actively pulls and understands data from its source. We move beyond simple OCR. Our LLM models read, parse, and interpret data based on a set of well-defined business rules. We empower agents to capture information, distill insights, and perform automated actions for unstructured documents like PDF invoices (electricity, water, gas, waste), bills of lading, and fleet fuel receipts. They extract key metrics (e.g., kWh, m³, kg, fuel type) and supporting information (e.g., supplier name, date, location).

Module 2: The Value Chain Collaboration Hub (The "Connector")

This module solves the supplier headache and is our engine for exponential growth. It connects the entire ecosystem.

• For the SME (Supplier): An SME receives an invitation from their customer. Our platform uses the AI Ingestion Engine (Module 1) to pre-populate their data. For qualitative data (e.g., policies, human rights), it generates intelligent, personalized forms based on the new EU VSME standard. This "Report Once, Share Many" model allows the SME to securely share its verified ESG profile with all its customers (e.g., Lidl, IKEA, Bosch), eliminating repetitive data requests. This module also provides Supplier Training & Improvement Programs to help them enhance their performance.

• For the Enterprise (Buyer): This hub is their supply chain command center. They can manage all Stakeholder Engagement, track data submission progress, and receive real-time alerts on supplier risk. The dashboard provides clear analytics on how well suppliers are implementing their Supplier Code of Conduct and tracks their improvement over time. This enables true Supply Chain Mapping & Traceability.

Module 3: The Strategic "Co-pilot" (The "Analyzer")

This module, aimed at enterprises, asset managers, and insurers, transforms compliance data into strategic intelligence.
