Founded in 1995 in Brescia, IBS Consulting is a consulting firm specialized in supporting startups, SMEs, and large companies in accessing EU funding opportunities for research and innovation (R&I) projects.
We provide end-to-end assistance across the full project lifecycle—from feasibility assessment and concept development, through proposal writing and submission, to financial and project management support during implementation.
We currently support clients involved in projects financed by the Lombardy Region, the Italian Ministry for Economic Development, and CINEA. At EU level, our main focus is on Horizon Europe, LIFE, and the Innovation Fund programmes.
In parallel, we are scouting selected project ideas and matching them with selected clients who can participate as technology providers and/or use-case partners. Our current priority topics include:
