About
ICONS is a non-profit organization whose mission is to boost research impacts on society via public communication, business and social innovation. Since more than 25 years ICONS is a key partner in EU-funded R&I projects. ICONS designs and implements communication, dissemination, exploitation, business and social innovation strategies and measures their impacts through innovative indicators. ICONS has been successfully involved in more than 130 EU-funded projects (40 in H2020 and 77 in Horizon Europe projects) and in different service contracts for the European Commission. Back in 2004 ICONS launched the public communication platform youris.com acknowledged as a primary information source on European R&I for online communities and journalists at global level. In recent years, ICONS has played a key role as advisor and strategic consultant for the EC and other EU agencies. Among others, it is one of the partners of the Booster (former) Horizon Results Booster consortium, the EU flagship initiative delivering dissemination and exploitation support services to R&I projects funded in H2020 and Horizon Europe.
