At Institut de Soudure, we are dedicated to innovation in welding (MIG, MAG, laser, plasma, FSW). Furthermore specialists in non-destructive testing (NDT) and monitoring, we provide cutting-edge research, training, and certification services that enable industries to enhance their skills and processes.

We have a composites manufacturing, welding and controlling dedicated platform.

We also have destructive testing equipments:

• Static and fatigue machines with capacities up to 1,600 kN for tests from -196°C to 1,000°C

• 24 m * 5 m test bench for multiaxial testing (capacity up to 2,500 kN)

• Over 400 SSC tensile test rigs and over 600 SCC 4-point bending test rigs

• Automatic Vickers hardness testing machines

• Rockwell and Brinell hardness testing machines

• Optical and plasma emission spectrometers

• Digital image correlation equipment

• Machining capabilities.

AI through defects visual recognition, LLMs adaptation, The Augmented Welder TM is also part of our DNA.
