Ostara – Foundation for Sustainable Prosperity in Rural Poland is an organisation advancinginnovative and regenerative transformation in rural areas through science-based solutions and community-driven innovation. The foundation works at the interface of climate adaptation, soil regeneration, circular bioeconomy and on-farm energy transition. Ostara designs and implements landscape-level regenerative models integrating biodiversity enhancement, water retention, carbon farming, herb-based value chains, and low-carbon energy systems for villages and farms.

The organisation collaborates with research institutes, local governments, agricultural schools, women’s rural associations (KGW) and SMEs to co-create pilots and Living Labs that strengthen climate resilience and socio-economic sustainability. Ostara specialises in MRV frameworks for soil, water and carbon, as well as psychological well-being indicators for farmers, integrating Academia–Farmers–AI cooperation models.

The foundation participates in cross-border initiatives, education and capacity-building programmes, supporting rural women as key actors of regeneration and energy transition. Ostara seeks partnerships in Horizon Europe for regenerative landscapes, decentralised renewable energy, nature-based solutions, rural mobility and community resilience.
