Predictive maintenance and quality control with laser vibrometry

About
The use of non-contact vibration measurement technology plays a decisive role in:
-
Product design optimization
-
Production process optimization
-
Predictive maintenance
-
Post-production process and product reliability control.
Vibration quality control using a laser vibrometer is a versatile, non-destructive process that guarantees the quality and reliability of products and manufacturing processes. It provides information on vibration behavior and thus reveals unacceptable deviations between the manufacturing process and the condition of the test samples.
This non-contact technique is also crucial in predictive maintenance and product reliability control by identifying deviations in frequency and amplitude. These resonance tests make it easy to identify maintenance needs and the reliability of products such as electric motors, consumer goods such as washing machines, ball bearings, various actuators and transmission systems, medical equipment, injectors, etc.
