Solar Park Audit

Comprehensive audit of photovoltaic parks for production diagnostics, construction/operation verification, and corrective action planning. Integrates aerial thermography, ground-based thermography, and I-V curves per string, with asset-grade delivery on MuvaHub.

Scope

Aerial thermography (RTK drone, high-resolution thermal camera): 100% module coverage, georeferenced anomaly mapping, and impact prioritization.

Ground-based thermography: modules/strings, DC/AC switchgear, and inverters; full or targeted sampling of critical areas.

I-V curves per string (e.g., PVPM 1540X): 100% or statistical sampling; controlled environmental conditions and traceability per string.

Correlation with SCADA/datalogger when available.

Aligned with industry best practices (including IEC TS 62446-3:2017).

Methodology

Measurement plan, labeling/QR code, irradiance/temperature control, calibrated equipment, occupational health and safety (OHS), and coordination with Operations and Maintenance (O&M).

Capture and protocol performed by a certified thermographer.

Data QA and IR ↔ I-V cross-validation.

Publication on MuvaHub: geospatial viewer, comparability between campaigns, production loss estimation, and exports (PDF/Excel/GeoJSON).

Deliverables

Technical report with: inventory of anomalies (severity and economic impact), out-of-tolerance strings (I-V), probable causes, and prioritized action plan.

Complete dataset (I-V measurements, thermal captures, orthomosaic/GeoJSON) and interactive dashboard on MuvaHub.
