About

The Group develops projects on behalf of third-party clients (industrial companies, local authorities and farms) and on its own behalf, installing its own power plants and marketing the energy produced through long-term power purchase agreements (CPPA).

These plants can produce and sell syngas, biochar, carbon credits and syngas-derived products (electricity, heat, biomethane, green hydrogen, bioCO2).

To succeed, Charwood Energy offers three key technologies: biomass combustion, methanisation/hygienisation and pyrogasification.
