Practical and science-driven insights beyond analytical data for food, cosmetic and human health applications

Key scientific expertise includes deep understanding of chemical principles and the molecular mechanisms underlying transformation under various conditions. Each of the projects is designed ad hoc, tailored to the clients need. Examples of studies that were carried include investigating changes in pH, colour, flavour, or overall formula stability due to exposure to different conditions. Active compounds that degrade were monitored and occurrence of degradation products was assessed. As such, we systematically investigate variables to determine the root cause of observed changes.
