We are building a unique, integrated ecosystem at the intersection of three rapidly growing sectors: electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EV), photovoltaics (PV) incl. panel recycling, and advanced energy management systems. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to a cleaner, more sustainable energy landscape—while generating strong, long-term returns for our partners and investors.

With the number of end-of-life PV modules growing rapidly across Europe, our plant in western Poland will fill a critical gap in the circular economy, extracting valuable raw materials and minimizing environmental impact.
