About

Rotating machines randomly faces mechanical failures on elementary components that constitute its kinematic structure. This can lead to a more or less important destruction of the assembly, and generate an unavailability whose duration may last several weeks, even months. For equipment that is critical to an industrial process or whose size creates a significant turnover, the ability to identify these defects before they occur is therefore a clear advantage for the operator, Indeed, the failure of a part that costs a few dozen euros can have an impact of several tens or hundreds of k€

Our solution AStrion is a predictive maintenance software platform, specially adapted to the monitoring of rotating machines. It automatically detects more faults, earlier, than any other similar solution as currently available on the market. AStrion also automatically identify their location among the monitored equipment components. The use of spectral analysis and signal processing methods, with automation algorithms developed based on the gathered knowledge of world-class experts enables to identify future faults up to 9 months in advance . of with no need for historical data, The assessment of the level of good health of the monitored equipment can be obtained in a few hours after a few spot measurements, and the monitoring of the evolution over time of the calculated indicators makes it possible, based on artificial intelligence, to assess the level of seriousness and to provide indications on the level of urgency of taking into account.
