Genan rubber granulates are high-quality products manufactured at state-of-the-art tyre recycling plants, boasting probably the most advanced technology in the world. Genan granulate comes in 7 different standard sizes for various applications; and there is thus a particle size distribution to serve the need of every customer.

With nothing but end-of-life tyres (ELT) as feedstock, Genan mechanically processes used tyres – cleaning, shredding and granulating them – and output is separated in both fraction types and sizes.

RUBBER POWDER

Rubber powder from Genan is sustainably recycled rubber powder with particles < 1 mm.

Genan rubber powder can be added to compounds used for the production of many different products. The Genan technology results in the production of very fine rubber powder – through ambient granulation as well as with cryogenic milling.

For both ambient powders (rubber powders produced at room temperature) and cryogenic powders (micronized rubbers powders manufactured in a cryogenic milling process), we use a mix of passenger car tyres, truck tyres and off-the-road (OTR) tyres as feedstock.
