Erol DEMİRDÖVEN, one of the Company’s founders, is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors. ØMED Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. is a member of PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) and the Association of Independent Auditors in Turkey. The company audits the financial statements and operating results of its clients or other companies applying international auditing standards and prepares reports in accordance with international financial reporting standards and thus presents its opinions to the relevant parties. We also provide Sustainability Assurance Audit services with the authorisation we received from KGK. ØMED KD SMMM Ltd. provides Client Accounting and Advisory Services such as Company establishment, outsourcing, payrolling, accounting, bookkeeping, overseas / HQ reporting, virtual office, and consultancy. ØMED IDEA Bilgi Yönetimi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is the exclusive distributor of CaseWare, Audicon, Alessa, and AntWorks in Turkey, Azerbaijan & Pakistan. MED IDEA: It provides numerous different solutions to public & private institutions in the fields of Big Data, Data Analysis, Forensic Accounting, Document Management, Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Automation, and SAP & Oracle integration. MED IDEA focuses on technological solutions for accounting, auditing, and digital transformation. ØMED-AIGC GRC is the established JV with Jordanian and Saudi Arabian-based Allinial member firm AIGC for offering Governance, Risk Advisory, and Compliance/Internal Audit (GRC) services to the financial market and promoting their specific tool CAREWeb designed for these purposes. We also provide Shariah Compliance and Audit of Interest-Free Financial Institutions (IFFI) services under this JV. All services under Shariah compliance and IFFI are being provided as aligned with the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI). ØMED ORB ESG, offers Sustainability reporting, especially TSRS, ESRS, GRI, International Green Transformation Financing and consultancy services. It also offers renewable energy project consultancy services and air pollution reduction solutions through its Italian technology manufacturer partner ISCLEANAIR.
