Wohnwagon, an Austrian company based in Gutenstein, has stood for self-sufficient wooden houses made from regional natural building materials for over ten years. The range extends from high-quality year-round tiny houses to flexible modular houses and individual plans made of high-quality solid wood with sizes between 30 and 500 m².
The modules are completely prefabricated in the factory: with fine oak flooring, built-in heating, shower and kitchen - all already integrated on request. The individual modules are then simply connected at the building site. The house is ready to move into in just four days - a modern alternative to traditional prefabricated house construction on the building site with a lot of CO2 savings and real ESG records.
Our own vacation apartments models are particular highlights. We develop together with project developers wood experience holiday experience, wood apartments for elderly people and economic & ecological living solutions with unique living experience in selected natural locations. Interesting for individuals, investors and project developers.
