Scaling the Next Generation of Energy Infrastructure

LexEnergy is a Swedish impact company building next-generation energy infrastructure to accelerate electrification. We design and deploy integrated hardware platforms, powered by our own software, that enable fast charging and energy storage where the grid would otherwise be a constraint. In short, we solve the growing mismatch between rapidly increasing electricity demand and a grid that is struggling to keep up.

Our platform combines DC fast charging, battery energy storage, and real-time control into a single, scalable system. Through our products LexHub and LexBox, both powered by our proprietary operating system LexOS, customers can reduce energy costs, unlock grid capacity, and generate multiple parallel revenue streams through flexibility services, peak shaving, load shifting, and energy arbitrage. This turns energy infrastructure from a cost center into a profitable asset.

The business is proven. With limited capital raised to date, we have already delivered commercial systems, secured strong partnerships, and achieved rapid growth in hardware sales. Our model is scalable and partner-driven, combining upfront infrastructure revenues with growing recurring income from software and energy services. We operate in a large and expanding market, where EV charging, grid flexibility, and stationary energy storage together represent a €300B+ opportunity in Europe by 2030.

We are now raising capital to accelerate the next phase of growth. LexEnergy is conducting a funding round of SEK 10–15 million to scale sales through strategic partners, expand into new markets with strong local presence, and strengthen operations and delivery capacity while maintaining capital discipline. The capital will be deployed into working capital, product development, production efficiency, and sales and marketing — with a clear path to profitability and the ambition to become a long-term system-relevant player in Europe’s energy infrastructure.
