Beyond providing state-of-the-art infrastructure, sitem-insel actively supports startups, SMEs, and industry partners in crossing the "valley of death" between research and market entry. Through programs like the Innovation Voucher and our specialized regulatory and clinical expertise, we help MedTech, Diagnostics, and Digital Health projects navigate complex compliance landscapes (such as the EU MDR and IVDR) and successfully integrate their technologies into the clinical workflow.
