Apmonia Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing first-in-class peptide therapeutics targeting extracellular matrix (ECM) signaling and the tumor microenvironment.

The company’s lead program AP-01 (TAX2), a peptide modulator of the TSP-1/CD47 immune checkpoint, has received CTA approval in Europe and is currently entering Phase 1/2a clinical development in advanced solid tumors.

Apmonia’s proprietary discovery platform integrates AI-assisted molecular modeling and peptide engineering to generate modulators of challenging extracellular targets. This platform has already produced multiple programs, including AP-04 targeting the Cathepsin-D/LRP-1 axis in oncologyand AP-02, a cardiovascular peptide program with antithrombotic activity and low bleeding risk.

The company is currently preparing its Series A2 financing to support clinical development of TAX2 through Phase 2a proof-of-concept and welcomes discussions with investors and pharmaceutical partners.
