Biomine Health is a microbiome intelligence platform that helps pharmaceutical companies and CROs understand why patients respond differently to therapeutics. Using metagenomic sequencing and machine learning, we identify the individual microbiome variances that cause therapies to fail, generating interpretable scores that help clinical teams design smarter trials and reduce patient stratification risk. We work with immunotherapy programmes at the clinical stage, integrating into existing trial workflows with minimal friction. Our platform improves drug efficacy and safety across diverse populations, an area where the field has historically lacked the data to act. Based in Cape Town, South Africa.
