Liisa Bozinovic

Liisa Bozinovic is Executive Director of Oregon Life Sciences and Chair & Co-Founder of the Life Sciences Workforce Collaborative (LSWC), a national nonprofit scaling workforce solutions across the U.S. and internationally. With 20+ years of life sciences leadership across Oregon, California, and North Carolina—spanning medical device, drug discovery, and trade associations—she has driven industry expansion, talent development, and policy advancement.

She played a key role in bringing Twist Bioscience's "Factory of the Future" to Oregon and led the launch of Oregon's first registered biomanufacturing apprenticeship program. She serves on the National Science Foundation-funded InnovATEBIO leadership team and Oregon State University's Advantage Accelerator advisory board, and is co-founder of the Boz Life Science Research Institute, which has provided research immersion experiences to 1,200+ students internationally.
