My organisation

BioBridge is a 6–10 month pilot program that helps clinical-stage life science companies expand into new markets through the Access Consortium, a coalition of five trusted regulatory authorities. The program connects companies with regulatory guidance, validation infrastructure, strategic partners, and investors in their target market. The pilot phase opens a Canada-to-UK corridor, with additional corridors to follow.

About me

Jaspreet Grewal is a clinician, researcher, and investor with nearly two decades of experience spanning healthcare delivery, clinical research, regulatory affairs, and strategic advisory across the global life sciences sector. She has trained and worked within leading international healthcare and innovation ecosystems, bringing a uniquely cross-border perspective to advancing medical innovation.

Dr Grewal completed her medical training at Georgetown University (Ophthalmology), with subspecialty training in glaucoma and cornea at Yale University. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and an Executive MBA from the London School of Economics.

As Founder & Chief Executive of AxialBridge and Managing Partner & Developer of the Access Innovation BioBridge Programme, she has built a global advisory platform that supports companies and stakeholders across the biotech and medtech value chain—transforming complex science into investable, regulatory-ready opportunities. A published researcher and sought-after speaker, Dr Grewal frequently addresses global audiences on investment strategy, regulatory pathways, international trade, and emerging areas of innovation.

She is widely recognised for her ability to bridge clinical insight, capital strategy, and ecosystem development to accelerate the adoption and scale of transformative health technologies. Outside of these organisations, she is also the Entreneur and Investor in Residence at the London Institute for Healthcare Engineering at King's College London, Sr Partner at Cerulean Health (NY PE Fund) and Chair of the Canada UK Chamber of Commerce.
