Hi, I'm Eleftheria- I work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, research, and systems change.

Over the past decade, I've been fascinated by one question: why do so many smart, capable people — particularly women — get filtered out by the very systems that should benefit from their contributions? That question has shaped everything I do.

I'm the co-founder of EOS Academy, a social EdTech platform in Estonia built for women re-entering the EU workforce. We use social entrepreneurship as the vehicle — because it doesn't just create jobs, it builds agency. We're directly challenging the age and gender biases baked into hiring and economic systems, and replacing them with something more honest and more effective.

My newest venture, Athena Board Solutions, goes one level up — into the boardroom. There's a specific archetype of woman I call the 'sigma' leader: independent, non-conformist, strategically sharp. She's exactly who boards need right now, and she's almost never in the room. We're changing that.

What ties all of this together is a belief I've held as both an entrepreneur and a published academic: that real, lasting change requires working on the inner and the outer simultaneously. Strategy without self-awareness stalls. Vision without structure stays a dream.
