About me
I work at the intersection of microbiology and bioinformatics, turning complex biological systems into actionable data.
In my PhD research, I integrated next-generation sequencing data with high-throughput phenotyping to accelerate biocontrol and plant-microbiome discovery. The data acquisition protocols I designed are built to be standard and facilitate downstream data integration and exploitation, from strain identification to multivariate microbiome analysis.
I solve messy biological problems with data-centric thinking, by complementing wet-lab and computational approaches.
