About me

I specialize in energy system transformation, with a focus on the energy transition and the development of innovative technologies aimed at redefining the energy sector, strengthening environmental protection, enhancing energy security, and supporting post-conflict recovery. My research examines EU energy security, new energy technologies and the impacts of the war on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, and develops strategic roadmaps for integrating renewable energy into post-war reconstruction and long-term resilience strategies, with a particular emphasis on decentralized energy models.

My work integrates spatial analysis, techno-economic assessment, and policy-oriented evaluation to assess the feasibility of technology transfer and the territorial potential for sustainable infrastructure development. I also design decision-support tools to inform energy planning, regional development, and investment strategies, contributing to evidence-based approaches for resilient and reimagined sustainable energy systems.
