About me

I am a Chilean career diplomat who, since July 2025, serves as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Chile to the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein, as well as Permanent Representative to the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

In Chile, I held the position of Director of Multilateral Affairs between 2023 and 2025, advising authorities on international cooperation, sustainable development, and feminist foreign policy, while coordinating with Chile’s multilateral missions abroad. My extensive diplomatic career includes service at the Directorate-General for Press and Communication, the North, Central America, and Caribbean Directorate, and as advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Internationally, I represented Chile in key multilateral forums and bilateral postings. I was Ambassador to Ireland (2020–2022) and previously Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva (2017–2019), engaging in human rights, health, labour, and environmental agendas. Earlier, I served at Chile’s missions to the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C., and to the United Nations in New York, where I participated in Security Council activities and peacekeeping-related missions. A graduate of the Diplomatic Academy “Andrés Bello,” I hold degrees in Communication Sciences, Political Science, and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
