Terra Quantum is a computational drug discovery partner supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the design of novel therapeutics for challenging targets and next-generation modalities.

Our approach combines first-principles quantum chemistry with tensor-network optimisation algorithms to model protein–ligand interactions with high accuracy, without dependence on large training datasets. Unlike machine learning methods that require extensive experimental data, we calculate molecular properties and binding behaviour directly from physics. This makes our approach applicable to data-scarce targets, novel chemical space, and highly flexible systems where conventional AI and structure-based methods struggle.

Through the TQchem technology stack, we support discovery programs from hit identification through lead optimisation, with particular focus on peptides, macrocycles, and other conformationally complex modalities.

We partner with pharmaceutical and biotech companies in collaborative discovery programs, delivering novel lead candidates, faster iteration cycles, and improved confidence before costly experimental and preclinical stages.
