Portfolio Company Collaboration: Fina Biosolutions

Our carrier protein portfolio includes GMP EcoCRM®(CRM197), Qb (virus-like particles), and Ready-to-Conjugate proteins. We are adding ClickCRM for site-specific click conjugation, and 8MTT, the first commercially available full-length genetically detoxified tetanus toxin. The FinaXpress E. coli expression system is used to make our carrier proteins and can be ideal for working with difficult-to-express proteins. The company has built on its conjugation expertise and now manufactures dextran-based reagents, which are used for flow cytometry, bead modification, and a myriad of other applications. We are interested in meeting with any companies with interest in carrier protein, expression system, or dextran conjugate products.
