Perioperative Nutrition — Early-Stage Startup Concept

There's a narrow window around surgery where nutrition could meaningfully change patient outcomes. It's underexplored, and the existing solutions are mostly generic. I'm at the very early stage of building something in this space, figuring out where the real leverage is. I'm not looking for validation. I'm looking for people who already have an interest in solving this problem: clinicians, researchers in metabolic stress or recovery, and food scientists. Motivated people who've tried to move nutrition science into a clinical setting and know how hard that is. If any of that resonates, I'd rather have a direct conversation than exchange pitch decks.
