Publication of your R&D focus & collaboration type

  • Publish your organisational focus and your collaboration wishes in your profile.
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the matchmaking platform. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet.

IMPORTANT: Create AT LEAST ONE MARKETPLACE opportunity explaining the project cooperation ideas/service/expertise you are offering or looking for.

From 1 March 2026 onwards

Book your meetings

  • Set up your availability in your profile.
  • Browse profiles of attendees.
  • Go to the participant list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.

Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the "Top Matches" section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximise your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.

    • Send meeting requests to selected participants of your choice.
    • Meeting requests are only considered scheduled if they have been accepted.
