With over a decade of experience in the advanced materials industry, I specialize in R&D management, project development, and intellectual property (IP) strategy. Currently, I serve as the Project Management and IP Manager at KORDSA Global Technology, where I lead the R&D Center, manage a diverse portfolio of innovation projects, and drive strategic collaborations with industrial partners and funding institutions.

Throughout my career, I have successfully developed and executed national and international R&D projects, securing funding from prestigious programs such as Horizon Europe and TÜBİTAK. My expertise extends to IP management, where I oversee patent applications, licensing strategies, and technology commercialization, ensuring the protection and monetization of high-value innovations.
