About

Do you want to sustainably transform your company to become future-proof and resilient? Do customers, financial markets, regulators, and employees expect sustainability from you? We'll make it easier for you to get started, connect you, and support you along the way!

Sustainability has long been a decisive competitive factor in the global economy. For companies, sustainable business practices not only mean taking responsibility for the environment and climate protection, but also seizing opportunities to reduce costs and secure long-term business success.

Phases of Sustainable Transformation

A successful sustainable transformation proceeds in four clearly defined phases that help you as a company shape the change in a structured and targeted manner:

Phase 1: Analysis

The initial phase involves taking stock of the situation through a thorough analysis of the carbon footprint. Current resource use and the social and ecological impacts of business activities are examined.

Phase 2: Strategy and Vision

In the second phase, a clear goal is formulated and strategic guidelines are established. The potential for sustainable innovations and efficiency improvements is identified. Based on international standards, a plan is developed that links economic, social, and ecological aspects.

Phase 3: Transformation

Now the change begins to take shape. Your company processes, products, and business model are adapted to the previously defined sustainability goals. Corporate culture is also being examined and further developed.

Phase 4: Communication

Sustainability is increasingly becoming a reporting requirement. Companies are documenting their progress and the achievement of their goals in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
