Horizon Europe Digital Mental Health Partnership

Contincare is interested in partnering with researchers, healthcare organizations and technology providers developing proposals for the 2027 Horizon Europe Cluster 1 Health calls.

We want to understand the research being planned and determine whether Continicare’s existing capabilities and infrastructure could strengthen the work. Our platform can help research teams understand participants comprehensively at baseline, collect information between traditional points of care, provide personalized support, measure changes over time and identify emerging risks.

Contincare combines comprehensive patient assessment and clinical synthesis with longitudinal monitoring, personalized daily engagement and measurement of changes in mental health, functioning and substance-use risk. The platform can support patient-reported data collection, real-world validation, treatment-response measurement, early identification of deterioration or relapse and responsible AI-assisted clinical decision support.

We are particularly interested in partnerships involving digital mental health, personalized healthcare interventions, predictive biomarkers, longitudinal patient data, relapse prevention, digital phenotyping, responsible clinical AI and integrated decision support.

Rather than assume how Continicare should fit, we welcome discussions with prospective partners about their research needs. Continicare can participate as a technology and research partner and potentially lead a defined work package involving digital assessment, patient engagement, monitoring, clinical synthesis or risk identification.
