Tech Matrix

Tech Matrix (techmatrix.ai) is an AI-powered troubleshooting platform for IT and network engineers. It combines a web-based assistant that delivers vendor- and version-specific guidance across major network and IT vendors with a secure, customer-installed desktop "Agent" that can run real diagnostic commands directly on an engineer's devices — over SSH, WinRM, REST and SNMP — but only after explicit, in-app approval.

This closes the gap between advice and action. Instead of an engineer manually copying commands back and forth, Tech Matrix reads live device state, reasons over it, and recommends or executes the next diagnostic step, with a full audit trail of everything that runs. The result is faster fault isolation for network and infrastructure teams, NOCs, and managed-service providers.

The platform is built security-first: command execution is approval-gated, device credentials never leave the customer's network (encrypted on-device storage), and the architecture is hardened to operate inside enterprise and TLS-inspected corporate networks. Agent available for Windows and Linux.
