Amphidata is building the AI-native platform for industrial maintenance, the work of keeping factories, plants, and heavy machinery running. It runs on practical expertise that existing systems capture in fragments, if at all: knowledge living on paper checklists, in legacy forms, and in the heads of technicians on the floor, rarely in a form a model can learn from. It is headless at its core, interface-rich at its surface. Technicians and managers interact through natural multimodal interfaces (voice, images, video, text) while autonomous agents progressively take over scheduling, asset diagnosis, work-order generation from observed conditions, and inventory. The interface is not a phase we discard. It is the data generator and trust-building period that makes safe autonomy possible. Every observation captured today is the behavioral signal that trains the agentic layer to act tomorrow. And because this is critical industrial infrastructure, intelligence is sovereign by design: capable, specialized and efficient models run on independent or on-prem hardware with EU data residency and continuous training, never rented from a frontier API, never metered as a premium tier. We start as a system that operators recognize on day one and compound it, layer by layer, into the autonomous platform that runs the physical world.
