Resilient Infratech Fund - RIF is a specialist venture capital strategy investing in DeepTech companies building the next generation of resilient infrastructure.

We focus on the intersection of Energy, Industry and the physical layer of AI: the technologies that will power more secure energy systems, electrified and automated industry, resilient supply chains, advanced manufacturing, climate adaptation, data-center efficiency, edge infrastructure and the deployment of AI into the physical economy.

RIF targets companies that are beyond the research stage. We are particularly interested in hardware, hardware-enabled software and capital-intensive technologies with strong technical differentiation, industrial relevance and clear commercial pull. Our preferred stage is Seed+, Series A and selective Series B, with technologies typically at TRL 6+, meaning prototype validated, pilot running, demonstration project completed, first commercial deployment achieved or close to industrial scale-up.

We are looking for startups working on areas such as grid stability, smart grids, power electronics, energy storage, distributed energy systems, industrial electrification, robotics, industrial AI, advanced manufacturing, automation, data-center infrastructure, cooling, edge computing, digital twins, advanced materials, circular economy, climate resilience, critical infrastructure monitoring, and other technologies enabling the infrastructure of the future.

A strong fit for RIF is a company with proprietary technology or engineering know-how, a clear infrastructure or industrial use case, validated customer demand, and the potential to move from first-of-a-kind deployment to repeatable commercial scale. We are especially interested in companies serving corporates, utilities, infrastructure operators, industrial groups, public-sector clients, or large enterprise customers.

RIF is differentiated by its Financing for Equity - F4E model.

Many DeepTech and InfraTech companies need more than traditional VC equity to scale. They often require structured finance, asset finance, leasing, SPVs, customer-backed deployment models, corporate partnerships or project-finance readiness. RIF helps founders design the right capital stack to move from pilot and early deployment to scalable industrial adoption.

We are not looking for generic software, consumer apps, pure SaaS with no infrastructure relevance, marketplaces, fintech, wellness, crypto/web3, or very early research projects without prototype, pilot, or commercial validation.
