Spatial Dynamics is a Belgian XR and AI startup developing a behavioral intelligence platform for workforce assessment of technical profiles.

Our platform uses immersive VR scenarios, spatial interaction data and AI-driven analytics to assess generic and job-relevant competences such as attention, instruction comprehension, spatial reasoning, safety awareness, stress resilience, task organization and decision-making.

We focus on sectors where technical profiles need to perform complex tasks in physical environments, such as industry, logistics, infrastructure, utilities and social employment. By capturing how people behave in realistic XR scenarios, our platform helps organizations make better decisions about recruitment, training, reskilling and internal job orientation.

Beyond workforce assessment, Spatial Dynamics is building a platform architecture that can process and interpret spatial data in other domains as well. This includes applications in training, product design, human-machine interaction, digital twins, education, healthcare, media and entertainment.

Our ambition is to become a central platform for translating human behavior in spatial environments into actionable insights.
