Ontoworks is building OntoVision, an AI-powered SaaS platform that transforms how professional media teams work with video. OntoVision semantically analyzes large footage libraries and live recordings, tags every scene with rich metadata, and auto-generates narrative-driven rough cuts in minutes instead of days. This lets broadcasters, production companies, and in-house media teams unlock existing archives, scale output, and keep full creative control.
Technologically, OntoVision combines advanced visual understanding models with multimodal LLMs and a proprietary story engine. The system understands people, actions, context, and brand rules, then assembles ready-to-edit sequences that integrate seamlessly into existing editing workflows. Editors stay in charge of the story, while repetitive review and assembly work is automated.
