Headquartered in Berlin, Loretta enables German health insurers, corporate health providers, and care facility networks to deploy compliant AI agents that stratify chronic disease risk, recommend evidence-based interventions, and ensure equitable outcomes across populations, all without centralizing sensitive health data.

The platform operates at the intersection of regulatory mandate (GDNG, EU AI Act, EHDS), economic pressure on Germany's statutory health system, and advances in federated learning and causal AI. Loretta's architecture is GDNG-native by design: models are trained within institutional Trust Centres, patient data never leaves secure local environments, and every output is audit-ready for EU AI Act compliance.

Loretta serves three commercial verticals: GKV statutory health insurers, corporate occupational health, and long-term care facility management and medication safety, through a single sovereign platform. The company's causal inference engine has been validated for chronic disease risk prediction. Loretta is currently raising a seed round and targeting €1M+ in revenue in Year 1.
