About InfraFund InfraFund is an enterprise B2B SaaS platform operating at the intersection of Climate-Tech and FinTech. We empower local communities to co-own, control, and benefit from their local renewable energy grids, enabling them to reduce their energy costs by up to 50% and generate long-term community wealth.

Originating as a research spin-out from the University of Exeter, our platform allows Tier-1 energy operators to securely fractionalise and manage digital shares of real-world energy infrastructure. By bridging the massive NetZero infrastructure funding gap, we make community-led energy deployment faster, cheaper, and highly scalable.

Key Traction & Milestones

• Commercial Pipeline: We have secured official pilot project support and a signed LOI from Eden Geothermal (the UK's largest and most high-profile geothermal initiative). We are also in active pipeline discussions with major grid operators, including National Grid and SSEN.

• Regulatory & Institutional Validation: Our proprietary community ownership model was recently published by the UK Parliament as formal written evidence

• Accelerator Backing: We are incubated by the SETsquared Partnership (the UK's #1 university accelerator), backed by Innovate UK, and were recently selected as a Top 7 finalist (out of 100+ startups) for the Venture Forward Accelerator.

The Pre-Seed Round We are currently raising a £500k Pre-Seed round at a validated £5m valuation to fund our immediate pilot deployments and software scaling.

• Commitments: We have strong early momentum with £100k formally committed from our lead investor.

• Strategic Backing: FINTECH Circle has officially joined our cap table as a strategic partner, validating our current valuation.

• S/EIS Tax Relief: We have officially received HMRC S/EIS Advance Assurance. The first £250k of this round qualifies for SEIS, offering UK taxpayers a highly attractive 50% upfront income tax relief.
