Strategic Partnership: Sovereign AI-IoT Factory for Industrial Edge, Agentic AI & EU Data Control

IoT-AI.Tech is looking for strategic partners to develop, validate and commercialize ProductX / Sovereign AI-IoT Factory — a local-first AI-IoT ecosystem for industrial and regulated environments.

ProductX is designed for organizations that want to use AI, agents, IoT data and operational intelligence without losing control over infrastructure, sensitive data, decisions or audit evidence. The goal is to help companies move from isolated AI experiments toward controlled, auditable and operational AI systems.

The ecosystem combines several modular building blocks:

• ACE / AIMDB — AI control layer and context graph for agents, policies, approvals, lineage, data products, KPIs and access rules.

• DGX / DLD — sovereign local AI compute and learning control plane for validated operational data, model evaluation, adapter training and controlled release.

• HID — industrial edge and human interaction dashboard for local environments.

• FCC — fleet, asset and CMDB-oriented command center for visibility, drift alerts and compliance support.

• PMD — project, maintenance and operational intelligence layer.

• CWS — controlled customer and public web surface for communication, discovery and external access.
