Strategic Equity / Quasi-Equity Partner for Ceraflex UAE GCC Hub

Ceraflex UAE, currently in formation, is seeking a strategic equity or quasi-equity partner to support the establishment of a Dubai-based GCC Smart Factory and ConstructionTech platform.

The project is based on the established Ceraflex business model, which has been operating in Europe for more than 10 years, and combines patented digital measurement-to-production workflows, automated large-format ceramic processing, modular bathroom solutions and local UAE manufacturing.

The proposed UAE platform is intended to serve construction, hospitality, renovation, fit-out, premium real estate and building-materials markets in Dubai, the UAE and selected GCC markets. The business model, feasibility study, financial planning and implementation concept have been prepared. The proposed senior debt structure is currently under review with Emirates Development Bank.

Based on the current structure, Ceraflex UAE is seeking approximately AED 10 million in strategic equity or quasi-equity. Suitable partners may include industrial groups, family offices, construction groups, developers, hospitality groups, building-materials companies, strategic investors or GCC-focused investment platforms with an interest in advanced manufacturing, ConstructionTech, smart factory models and local UAE value creation.

The objective is to combine senior debt financing with a strategic capital partner who can support the UAE setup, strengthen bankability and contribute to the wider regional GCC platform.
