Industrial Partner Wanted: Hardware Manufacturer for Next-Gen Smart Bins

Ganiga develops Hoooly, the compliance and waste-intelligence platform already deployed across Europe in airports, retail, hospitality and food service locations. Our proprietary computer vision algorithm recognizes any object from a single image in under one second with over 95% accuracy, identifying material, weight, volume and brand, turning every bin into a connected data point for ESG, CSRD and PPWR compliance.

What we are missing is not the intelligence layer, it is industrial-scale manufacturing capacity. We are looking for an industrial partner with proven expertise in hardware manufacturing, robotics, or design-led street furniture and waste bins, capable of producing physical units at scale: housing, mechanical sorting components, robotic actuation, durable outdoor or indoor enclosures, and reliable supply chain logistics.

The model is simple and complementary: you design and manufacture the hardware, we provide and integrate our proprietary AI, computer vision and data platform on top of it. Ganiga becomes the operating system for the next generation of intelligent bins, the same way an operating system powers diverse hardware across an entire industry. Your bins gain a differentiated, software-driven value proposition (automatic sorting, fill-level monitoring, audit-ready ESG data, brand co-branding opportunities); we gain the manufacturing scale and product design expertise to industrialize our rollout from current pilot volumes toward thousands of units.

We are open to discussing co-development of new form factors (indoor units, outdoor street furniture, modular multi-compartment bins), white-label or co-branded hardware lines.
