KPJ Healthcare, through its Future Health Institute (FHI), invites startups to collaborate in shaping a more connected, person- and family-centred care experience—across hospitals, homes and continuing care.

The reverse pitch will introduce KPJ’s Care for Life ambition, with Care@Home as an initial focus for developing and validating care-orchestration capabilities. It will explore how digital solutions can connect patients, caregivers, clinicians and service teams through clearer communication, coordinated services and timely support.

We welcome startups working in four areas:

• Patient and family experience: navigation, caregiver participation and accessible communication.

• Care orchestration: referrals, scheduling, workforce coordination and logistics.

• Connected home care: remote monitoring, wearables and device integration.

• Intelligence and evidence: responsibly governed AI agents, predictive insights and outcomes evaluation.

It is seeking innovative solutions that improve care continuity, strengthen patient navigation and follow-up, extend care beyond hospital settings, and enhance workforce capability through digital health, AI-enabled tools, learning technologies and intelligent clinical workflows.

Areas of Interest and Expertise

Opportunity #1:Strengthening care teams through learning and intelligent tools

Opportunity #2:Bringing appropriate care closer to patients' everyday lives

Opportunity #3:Improving referral and follow-up continuity

Our areas of interest and expertise centre on future healthcare transformation, digital health, responsible AI, clinical innovation, research translation and care pathway development. Through the Future Health Institute (FHI), we are interested in identifying emerging healthcare needs, evaluating evidence, developing and testing new care models, and translating promising technologies into practical clinical and operational applications.

Key areas include care navigation and continuity of care, digital health and AI-enabled solutions, clinical research and innovation, precision health and medicine, patient experience, workforce capability, simulation and experiential learning, and data-driven healthcare. We are particularly interested in solutions that can be evaluated within real-world healthcare settings, with consideration of clinical outcomes, patient experience, workflow integration, workforce readiness, economic value and responsible adoption.

How might learning, simulation, digital technologies and intelligent tools be integrated into everyday clinical practice to strengthen workforce capability and reduce avoidable workload?
