PUNITEC SYSTEMTECHNIK brings specialised manufacturing and development partners together to industrialise high-tech components, assemblies and defined products. We combine metal manufacturing, surface finishing, battery and energy-storage technology, electronics and microcontroller-based systems within one coordinated industrial approach.

Our principle is “From Surface to System”. We start with the function, operating conditions and interfaces of the finished product, then work backwards to define materials, manufacturing methods, joining, surface finishing, electronics integration, assembly and inspection. The product’s requirements determine the partner structure and production route. This approach applies across different technologies and industries.

DEVELOPMENT AND INDUSTRIALISATION
Our network combines manufacturability assessment and design adaptations with tolerance and interface optimisation, modular product architectures, hardware and embedded-system development. We plan manufacturing sequences, fixtures, assembly operations and inspection concepts together. The agreed scope can cover individual components, complete functional assemblies or defined finished products.

PRECISION METAL MANUFACTURING AND SURFACE TECHNOLOGY
Capabilities include CNC turning and milling, 5-axis machining, sheet-metal and laser processing, welded assemblies, tool and mould making, injection moulding and hybrid parts. PUNITEC contributes surface finishing, coating, assembly and overall technical coordination. Technical marking, engraving and labelling complement the manufacturing chain.

BATTERY TECHNOLOGY, MICROELECTRONICS AND INTEGRATION
Liebherr Electronics and Drives brings expertise in electronics, electric drives, battery technology and energy-storage systems. fischer Electronic Solutions contributes electronics development, embedded and microcontroller-based systems, PCB assembly and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), from concept to series production.

These capabilities allow us to coordinate the mechanical structure, surface requirements, electrical and electronic interfaces and assembly of a high-tech product within an agreed work package. We define the required tests and documentation alongside the manufacturing route.

Our manufacturing and development network includes G&F Feintechnik, Mario Recknagel Präzisionsteile, EPZ Industrietechnik, Metallbau Vogt, Hehnke, MWIB, Liebherr Electronics and Drives and fischer Electronic Solutions. PUNITEC SYSTEMTECHNIK coordinates the selected partners and technical interfaces for each project.

Customers receive development and manufacturing from a single source: one central contact for the agreed scope, with coordinated manufacturing, assembly, inspection and documentation. This reduces the technical interfaces they need to manage directly and supports the transition from prototype and qualification to pre-series production and ramp-up.

We work on engineering, quality, supply chains and production preparation in parallel. Customer-specific product development processes, clear Quality Gates and direct management involvement enable short decision paths. Capacity, production equipment, inspection and the supply structure develop alongside the customer programme. Our focus is shorter time-to-market, reproducible quality and economically scalable production.

DEFENSE-Netzwerk Thüringen e.V. (DEFNET) connects SMEs, specialist suppliers, prime contractors, research and institutional partners in the security, defence and dual-use sectors. Its role is to make industrial capabilities visible, develop cooperation and consortia, and connect companies with markets and supply chains.

PUNITEC SYSTEMTECHNIK provides technical coordination and industrial execution for defined customer projects. Engagement in DEFNET adds access to a broader industrial and technology network for project development and cooperation.

COOPERATION WITH UKRAINE
We already manufacture assemblies for projects of major system companies in the German defence industry. We seek cooperation with Ukrainian manufacturers, developers and system companies on components, high-tech assemblies, defined products and joint production.
