Executive Spotlight Interview

While the track’s panel discussion will examine the wider developments and conditions shaping German–Kosovar industrial cooperation, the Executive Spotlight Interviews will bring the discussion down to the company level. Through a series of short 1:1 conversations with industry leaders, the session will showcase concrete business experiences, industrial capabilities and perspectives on how partnerships between German and Kosovar companies can develop in practice. Each interview will focus on a specific company experience, business model or industrial perspective, clearly distinguishing the format from a broader panel discussion.

The interviews will highlight companies operating across different areas of industry and manufacturing, providing participants with first-hand insights into industrial cooperation, supplier relationships and the requirements of international business partnerships. The format will also allow speakers to address the practical considerations involved in working across markets, including quality standards, production capabilities, reliability, workforce, logistics and long-term business relationships.

A particular focus will be placed on the development of industrial partnerships beyond traditional subcontracting. The interviews will explore how companies can strengthen their position within European manufacturing value chains, develop more integrated supplier relationships and expand towards higher-value industrial activities. The discussions will also consider the role of technological development, innovation and sustainable production in shaping the future of manufacturing cooperation.
