Executive Spotlight Interview

The energy transition is a strategic necessity for Kosovo to modernize its energy system, boost security, and attract sustainable investment. The 3rd German-Kosovar Economic Forum will feature an Energy & Sustainable Infrastructure Track dedicated to accelerating this transition through deep cooperation with German firms.

The track's main panel will focus on the policy, regulatory, and investment frameworks needed to turn market reforms into concrete green projects. To provide a practical corporate perspective, 1:1 Executive Spotlight Interviews will address commercial viability factors such as project financing, permitting, and grid capacity. Ultimately, the forum serves as a matchmaking platform, allowing international investors to state their market entry requirements while Kosovo-based institutions showcase local capabilities and cooperative opportunities.

The Executive Spotlight Interviews feature three to four short, moderated 1:1 conversations with senior executives and practitioners from the energy and sustainable infrastructure sectors. Instead of presenting general market overviews, each interview focuses heavily on the speaker's specific company, project, or investment experiences. These dynamic, business-oriented discussions emphasize practical examples, investment decisions, and real-world lessons learned.

Each session lasts approximately 12 to 15 minutes and highlights actionable insights. Speakers are encouraged to dive into concrete details such as financing models, technology solutions, partnerships, and future cooperation opportunities. Every interview wraps up with a clear business takeaway and outlines tangible investment or partnership paths for the audience.
